Write to us

support@infallmac.com. No ticket system and no bot — it goes to the people who make Infall. Include your Infall version (Settings › General), your macOS version, and what you did just before it went wrong.

Scans find less than expected

Almost always Full Disk Access. macOS hides Mail, Safari and the Trash from apps until you allow it in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Full Disk Access. If Infall is already listed and switched on, remove it with the minus button and add it again, then reopen Infall.

Open at Login is empty or asks for permission

Infall reads that list through System Events. Allow it under System Settings › Privacy & Security › Automation › Infall.

License keys

Your key arrives by email from Lemon Squeezy with your receipt and works on up to three Macs. To move it, open Settings › License on the old Mac and choose Deactivate this Mac; if that Mac is gone, write to us. Lost the key? Search your mail for the Lemon Squeezy receipt, or write from the address you bought with. Payments, invoices, taxes and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

The free trial

Every paid tool — System clean, AI clean, Project purge, Installer removal, Uninstall and Optimize — has two full free runs. Scanning, reviewing, Analyze, Status, the menu bar, Updates and Startup are always free. Previews and cancelled actions don't use up a run.
