License agreement

What this covers
This agreement is between you and the Infall team ("we") and covers Infall, the macOS app, and the license key that unlocks it. The sale itself is handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, whose terms govern payment, refunds and taxes.
What you get
Infall is free to download. Scanning, reviewing, Analyze, Status, the menu bar, Updates and Startup are free with no time limit, and each paid tool has two full free runs. A license is a one-time purchase that unlocks every tool, includes all updates, and works on up to three of your Macs at once. Your key is yours to move between your own Macs; it isn't yours to share, resell or use for someone else.
Your files
Infall removes only what you select. Items that regenerate themselves (caches, logs, build output) are deleted; other items are moved to the Trash unless you choose otherwise in Settings. You are responsible for reviewing a selection before you confirm it.
Ownership
Infall is proprietary software. You buy the right to run it on your own Macs under this agreement, not the code behind it. No reselling, renting, reverse engineering, or tampering with the license check — except where the law where you live gives you that right anyway.
No warranty
Infall is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Uruguay.
Changes
We may update this agreement as Infall changes; the date above says when. Continuing to use Infall after a change means you accept it.
